Here is how it sound..

Should be able to get the car on jackstands to unload the suspension and then just adjust your coilover nuts to get the preload set. If you unload the front suspension and you can turn the spring you'll know you need more preload. At that time it would be good to look at your upper control arms and make sure everything is properly tightened too.

One other thing I forgot to mention, you'll need a jack to put under your shock mounts to slightly load the suspension to turn those adjusting nuts, otherwise you'll be turning them w/ all that dead weight applied and it would be a real tough chore.

Okay. I just went to my shop and took my air impact gun and tight down the 17mm on top of the coilover. The noise went away....lol. No more noise but we'll see. I measured my coilover spring length driver side is 7 1/2 & passenger is 7 3/4. Driver side spring can spin but I have to put some force into it with 2 hand. Passenger spring can spin easier with one hand with little force.
I didn't adjust the preload yet because I want to see if tightening the top but solve the problem, if not then I will do it.

Glad your clunking went away, sounds like a bit more preload wouldn't hurt when you get more time.

Bit more preload on the driver side? It's already pretty snug. That's the side that was making the noise. The passenger is fine with no noise and the spring Can spin easier. I feel like it's too tight on the driver side, that mean too much preload right?

You said you could turn the spring w/ some force w/ both hands, that sounds about right, the one that was easier to spin was the one I was referring to, probably just leave it be unless you notice that one starts making noise.

The noise from your video sounded like something loose. I was thinking it would be the top nut too because if you search on youtube for coilover noise, usually it is the top nut not torqued down. Since the noise was gone after you ran it down with impact and now its back, I'm thinking maybe the top nut is not holding the torque, so I would suggest a bit of blue loctite. Hope that would do. But keep us updated with your new damper.
