Question Rubbing Sound [Video]

Forum,

Ever since I got the car there's been a fine rubbing noise whenever I move the steering a bit to the right. The sound is coming from the front driver side (wheel well) area from what I can tell.

I recently lowered the car on coils and the noise is much more noticeable.
Someone told me it's probably the wheel bearing that's going out.

Check out the video, you really have to concentrate to notice it. Any help would be appreciated.

Thx
