you'll get more understeer switch to a staggered setup and wont be able to rotate your tires so if your like me you'll have replace two sets of rears for every front (potenza s04s are amazing but dont last long im switching to 245/40-19 and 255/40-19 so it has less understeer but since I have as grippy tires idk if I want the exta oversteer from the staggered, handling will be more neutral the less stagger there is.
I'd stick w/ square, and run a small spacer if you want more flush in the back, like mentioned, being able to do a true 4 wheel rotation is a good plan.
BTW are your tires wearing evenly?
255/275 combo fine as well as 255/255. The wider tire out back will help plant the rear end in corners better, the 255s all around better wet traction with the narrower footprint. You'll lose the ability to rotate them if stagg as well. Majority of people run 255/275 for handling and looks. If that's not your goal, and you like the way its set up now, keep it square.
