I think the stock wheels on my 2010 G37X Coupe are 8 inches wide. Would 18x7.5 TSW Nurburgring wheels cause me any kind of issues being that they are a half inch skinnier than stock? I have these wheels already but before trying them out I wanted to see if there would be an issue ahead of time.

 

As long as the offsets aren't too conservative where it may cause brake clearance issues you'll be ok, and with the base brakes you should be fine. The 7.5" width locks you in to a narrow tire choice though, a 225/50/18 would be the tire size I'd run on those.
