I'd say no to OEM wheels but this shade of red on an aftermarket wheel would look

Damn, everyone seems against the Red OEM, may I ask y? Is it gonna look corny? Furthermore when I get some aftermarket wheels can I trade in my OEM wheels for a decent price?

Since you live in NY I'd keep your OEMs for winter tires and get new wheels w/ grippy summer tires for the rest of the year. And like I mentioned, that shade of red velvet (I think that's the name) would look proper on a white G.

I'd try Plastidip before doing anything that isn't easily reversed.

In my opinion, gray or black is the way to do, but there's no accounting for taste.

I'd also say no to it on the OEM wheels, like blnewt said, they'd be better used for winters and get some aggressive aftermarket wheels for summer to make bold.

They're not the best looking wheel anyway, why bring more attention to them?

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the tips and I will advise... Ryan probably summed it up for me cuz they aren't the best looking wheels anyway lol... But I just hate the chrome, like I really do so I think I'll do the black or smoked gray and def switch me out when the winter is over

Gunmetal would look great with white and hide the ugly wheels a bit at the same time.

Yo bros
I decided to go with the black powder coat red center cap and red calipers. Job was neat and clean and I think this is gonna warm me up for my official after market wheels whatever that's gonna be

I'm not feeling the red centre cap, but the wheels do look a lot better in black.

Maybe a darker red, but agree on the black wheels, nice job!
