370z NISMO wheels as new wheel setup?
Why aren't the 370z nismo wheels as popular as you're typical light weight wheels? Got these as an option for when I'm wheel shopping. Do the usual goodie search but they don't yield a great search.
They are nice, but they aren't necessarily cheap. When you find a set in good condition you are usually going to expect to pay enough money where there are several other options. Another reason is that you can tailor the offsets a little better when selecting an aftermarket wheel for a perfect fitment. The 370Z offsets aren't too bad, though. Also, a lot of people go for 20" wheels, opposed to 19" like the Nismo wheels.

Was going with 275 instead of the oem 285 size.
Because I like them, they are a nice set of 19s to daily with, it's different than the norm.
The front offset is a bit off for a coupe but the back will be fine on a 275/35
19 X 9.5 40mm
19x10.5 23mm
I think a 15mm spacer in front running a slightly stretched 245/40/19 would be a decent fit, or a 10mm spacer w/ a 255/40
And agree, those Nismos are a nice looking, lightweight, quality forged wheel and can sometimes be found for the price of heavy cast wheels.

I have 20" TSW Bathurst rotary forged wheels that are very light and don't mind the compromises when compared to the cost savings vs a traditionally forged wheel.
P.S. 19x10.5 +23 with a 275/35R19 tire will be very tight with the fender. It will definitely require liner and bracket trimming and maybe even a little additional camber.
