New 20 inch Verde Axis wheels

Hey what's going on everybody? I recently purchased a black 2013 g37 sedan journey and completely love it. I have started to make a few mods to it. I installed Eibach pro kit springs last month and now I am looking for some new wheels and tires. I'm currently looking at 20 inch matte graphite Verde Axis wheels. Below are the specs for the wheels. I have checked several online retailers, such as TireRack for example, and they claim that these wheels wont fit a 2013 g37 sedan. I'm pretty sure I have seen people running similar setups with not many issues. I just want to make sure this wheel/tire combo will fit. I know I would have to buy hub centric rings since the hub bore is bigger than stock. Other than that can anyone foresee any issues with this setup?

Front 20x9

Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3 (5x4.5)
Offset: +30mm
Backspacing: 6.18"
Hub Bore: 74.1mm

Tires: 245/35/20

Rear 20x10.5

Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3 (5x4.5)
Offset: +45mm
Backspacing: 7.52"
Hub Bore: 74.1mm

Tires: 285/30/20 or 275/30/20

-Thanks in advance to everyone

Fronts will be close but will be just inside fender. They might rub inner front fender since it isn't flat-rolled like the rear. The rear will be fine w/ the 275 tire, 285 would be barely inside the fender and since some tires are actually wider than others depending on brand/model, the 275 would be the safe choice.

You might consider these two wheels from Niiche too, the Misano is just about identical to the Verde and the Targa is similar.
SPORT SERIES Wheels - Niche Wheels
They have a 20x9 +35 in the Misano or a 20x8.5 +35 which would be better in front than the +30 as far as clearing that inner fender edge. And a 20x10 +40 which you could run the 275 or 285.
Have fun w/ your wheel search.
