Aftermarket sway bar links necessary ?

Lowering on KWV1s next weekend. Probably going to keep it a moderate drop, nothing extreme.

I have stock sway bars, will it be necessary to upgrade to aftermarket links to reduce the chance of breaking the OEM links?

I have looked all over the forum but the only post that said it was necessary was someone selling links.

Thanks for any help!

No. Typically if you lower the car and add stiffer sway bars is when there may be issues. With stock you're probably fine.
