Tire Pressure Warning (not the TPMS light)

Well I think I screwed up to the point I may need to get the dealership service to reset this...or put the summer perf tires back on, in winter conditions, and drive until the warning goes off.

My Tire Pressure Warning came up (as well as the TPMS light) because my summer tires became cold and the pressure dropped.

Without first topping up the air in my summer tires, I put my winter tires on (they don't have sensors) and now the Warning (yellow triangle) won't go away and there seems to be no way to easily clear the warning using the dash buttons.

I'm accustomed to having the TPMS symbol on through winter but now I have 2 symbols lit up and that's a bit much for my liking.

I have the EXACT same issue - starting today. This post could very well have been written by me! It would be great if there was a way to reset the tire pressure warning light without reinstalling the summer tires with TPMS sensors. If anyone knows how to accomplish this - that would be GREAT.

Black electrical tape will fix that right up.

Have you tried the ghetto old school trick and pulling the negative cable off the battery?

Why not go to any other store that puts on tires? Discount tire can do it and would be cheaper than the dealer.

+1. If there's anything really wrong, lights would show up again. Otherwise, I think it's just the ECU getting confused. Similar issue happened to me, except it was when I forgot to reconnect the MAF
