Plastidipped my Volk.

Alright, please hold off on the flame. I might just be the only one person in the country to plastidip my Volk wheels. The original color is Formula Silver but i want to make the spokes darker so i dipped just the spokes in black. Everything else including the lips, center caps, lug nut spot, are keep to original.

The finish product look exactly like the Gloss Black Volk GT30 that Volk offer and I wasnt able to find any of that around. The plastidip is of course, reversible and i can peel it off to make everything good as original when I change wheels.

Pics will come shortly so please stay tune

I actually like it man...

I like the original more due to them being rare and beautiful wheels themselves.. but it came out pretty nice.. Surprised I haven't ran into you in the streets yet man, I've been seeing a lot more G's in Vegas lately.

Nice G. I prefer the original wheel color personally, but hey it turned out pretty good nonetheless. Don't think I have heard of anyone plastidipping Volks either...

thanks. It was A LOT of prepping and masking. I think that took me 3 hours. Prepping is very important so i took my time and it paid off nicely. I can always peel it off later on so that win-win right there.

I like it! I know plasti dip gets hated on a lot, but when done right I see no problems with it.

No hate here, it makes your ride flow better I think. Great choice, the black really does bring it all together. Legit.

Looks pretty good. I get a little distracted by the shiny center and would have probably plasti'd it also.

Nice lip btw, which one is it? I've been looking around for one.

Car looks good along with the new wheel setup Henry. I been debating doing the same thing with plasti dipping my Work wheels, but going from black to Silver. Just want to see what it will look like but haven't seen what the outcome will be with silver plastidip.

post a side profile shots of your car here and i'll photoshop it to silver so you can see what it will look like afterward. Let me know which part you want silver, the whole wheels or just the spokes, etc...

I must say, I was worried when I clicked the link but they look great! It goes perfect with your car and makes it look even more aggressive. Great work!
