Exclamation Lubrication For Rubber Parts On Suspension

What product (s) can I use to prevent those rubber bushings, Dust boots (I don't know if that's the correct term) from drying out and cracking eventually?? The one that circled in RED. Thanks for any help!

Give them a quick shot of silicone spray whenever you change your oil.

The ball joint is full of grease on the inside. I don't think they're made to be lubricated. but I don't guess it would hurt anything. I don't know that it will help either. Try regular old grease. It'll wash right off in the rain though.

I didn't mean actually lubricating the inside. I worded it wrong. Just the outside to prevent cracking and splitting down the line. I'm at 30k miles
