Rim size for g37x

Hi,

I am buying summer tires and rims for my 2011 g37x.
I found a nice set of rims on this forum, but what I figures out that it says 18x7 and 18x8 on different tires. Is it a different size? Will it work on my car?

Thanks!

Correct tires for those wheels to keep the diameter correct like ANMVQ
mentioned would be 225/50/18 front 245/45/18 rear
