GT-R springs on G37 coupe

I know this will probably be a stupid question, but I am going to ask it anyway. Does anyone know if GT-R springs will work on a G37 coupe. Just curious about options other than coils or the usual swift / eibach choices.

Thanks

Who knows!!

A GTR's front suspension is very much like a G37X suspension.

The rear is a single upper wishbone similar to the G37, but no lower spring bucket, just a link, as the coilover mounts to the top of the knuckle.
