Goodyear Assurance FuelMax
Goodyear Assurance FuelMax
So today I decided to get new rubber for my stock X (225 55 17). I went to my local Canadian Tire store and decided that I'm not leaving without new tires. My old Eagle RS-A shoes were worn and badly cracked all over.
The bottom end tires were the store brand Motomaster SE2 for around $136 ea. I wanted something better so I settled on the Goodyear Assurance FuelMax for about $185 ea. filled with nitrogen. 105,000 km (65k mi) treadwear rating, temp A, traction A.
So far I only drove home on them (8 mi). I love the feeling of new tires. It's a weird feeling when you first drive on new rubber, they're so slippery from the mold release agent still on them.
Are they any good?
