Bandit's New Wheels & Tires are ON (Pics Inside)

Hey Guys,

Happy 4th of July to everyone. It has been a great week for my 09 G37 Sedan.

Installed all my Didoe Dynamics Interior LED's, Trunk, Licence Plate, and Back Up Lights. Went to Dealer ("Stealer"), and got my 7 Speed Transmission Reprogram Update, along with the latest 2012 MAP Update for my NAVIGATION.

Then finally yesterday I picked up my New Wheels and Tires. I purchased 19" Coupe Wheels from a local forum memeber and had them refinshed in Hyper Silver to go on my Sedan. They are staggerd of course, since they came from a Coupe.

Also Drop shipped 19" Michelin Super Sports to the tire place and they mounted, balanced, and swapped out my sensoprs from my 17" wheels/tires.

The Car Lookss Great and Handles Amazing! I contacted a forum Member (Sniper who also has this set up) because my shift point felt like they got raised big time. It felt like the RPM's were climbing really high before a shift. He said, nothing needs to be done in terms of a reprogram, it's just the tires are so much better it feels different, PLUS 19" are bigger and heavier so car feels a little more heavy, BUT, in a GOOD WAY!

OK not the Best Pics, but here are a few from last night (Lighting wasn't good so can't see how Bright they look):

Looks good. Glad to finally see this "saga" end

Btw, those PSS, at OEM sizes, actually weigh very little. So, as a whole it shouldn't be that much heavier than your 17s.

The car just FEELS so much more substantial and Stable. That is a better description than Heavy. It felt a little lighter on it's feel before, but now it feels like I am driving on Rails. Wife loved it too! She could basically Care Less About Cars, but still appreciates that it looks better. She also like the LED lights and said, they actually look really good.

Mattster, now be nice. We are riding on the SAME tires. Also noticed we have the same year! I wanted a SPORT BAD! But, never could find one. I added aluminum pedals, the tires/wheels, will get sways, and it will be close enough. Then I will go buy a RED S and drop it on the back after my 37.................................LOL

Do you have 19's too? Did you drop your yourself? I would asume so, since you created a custom body kit yourself (saw it in your Sig).......

Not significantly more than the 17s. The lighter weight PSS will neutralize some of that, plus most of the weight shaved is on the outer perimeter.

LMAO @ putting a S sticker. Actually good idea. I should install my IPL side skirts and get a IPL rear bumper and buy a IPL emblem =). Very good idea indeed.

Also, get a drop looks like you are driving a 4x4 around town.

Huh?

"custom grounding kit made by me" is NOT a "custom body kit". These cars are not to be confused with Hondas that have "ground effects kits".

I have not done anything cosmetic to my G, other than an LED kit from DD, it's all been performance. My 19's came with my G as it is a real S coupe. The drop was done after I bought it.

PS. There's nothing humorous about buying a red S and putting it on after your G37 badge....especially if you didnt buy an S. In my opinion, posers do that sort of thing.
