What kind of drop for Stance SC-5 with +20 and +27 offset

Can I lower my G37 with Tein S techs with SC-5s with a +20 and +27 offset? Will I have turning or rubbing issues?

20X9+20
20X10.5+27

Maybe front at 9.5 or 10?

Do I HAVE to use coilovers on this setup? I just want to know what kind of springs I can use safely. I will be getting coilovers in a few months, I just don't want to stay on stock height for that long.

Sorry for the ignorance...
