Lowering issues??

I've lowered a couple vehicles that I've owned in the past. The last vehicle I lowered had a creaking issue when turning the wheel at low speeds (like when parking). There was also the inevitable scrape when going up a steep-ish driveway. Both times I've used Eibachs.

For those that are lowered, is there anything I need to worry about? This is for either springs or coilovers.

I have Eibachs on mine and no creaking issues.

And of course you're more prone to scraping when your car is lowered.

Any worries I should have before installing them?? Uneven tire wear, alignment issues, shock/strut issues, bumpsteer issues etc?
