WOW!! 22's on a g37....Hmmm i think 20's are the biggest you wanna go. 22's are Truck and SUV status...maybe not even that lol. you will most likely just damage your wheels and tires hit a pothole and goodbye thousand$$$. If you have money to throw away then go for it. There is alot of bad things that can happen riding on those..hope you dont have a family.
