Squeaking near rear wheel

I installed the Tein S. Techs and 20mm spacers last week, and afterwards my car is sqeaking near driver rear wheel. I don't believe the spacers nor the springs are causing this since my fenders are already cut. Does anybody have any insight on this sqeaking issue?

Throwing this out there, have you lubricated the rear sways recently? Mine developed squeaks after a while but completely went away after some re-greasing.
