Is stud replacement safer than running bolt ons and has less possibility of causing a vibration?

I've been with DRM (Bolt on) for 10K miles.
No vibration. Checked torque once (was fine).

Any aggressive driving? Drag? Autocross? I've heard horror stories about wheels falling off of a car because of spacers and I feel that going with extended studs is much safer...

Either version with the hubcentric design won't cause vibration, we've had excellent results with both styles.

The stud replacement takes a little more work, as you have to swap them out, and would want to swap them back if going back to stock, whereas the bolt-on versions do just that, bolt on and the wheels bolt to the spacers, but they are more expensive.

Out of the hundreds and hundreds we've sold, we've had just one break the hub ring, which (as non hubcentric's would) cause a vibration, but H&R does make a good product, respected across tons of applications, with guys tracking cars while using them, from european to import to american applications.

That's pretty large for the front.. lol

I'm sure they couldn't get 20mm, and someone got the 25's which have been readily available..

The 370Z have had clearance issues with the factory wheels on any of the DRM bolt-on styles, I'm not sure on the G's.. it may depend on the wheel.

Let me know if we can help..

I drive like I stole it.

I have H&R, these are the best. (you know those Germans).

My fear with extended studs, is that you can only remove them once or twice, then the splines get worn.
I did DRMs so I can change out sizes when I go with wider tires.

Another fear I have, 20mm longer studs holding both a wheel and spacer?

Either way, you take a chance with spacers, inspect often, and retorque once in while.

The majority of guys will run a 15mm front and 20mm rear. There are a good amount of pictures around of guys who have done various setups, but 15/20 is far and away the most popular that we've sold.
