guys, i got a set of CE28
18 x 9.5 offset +28mm
18 x 9.5 offset +36mm

tires are 265/35/18, tires are stretched a little bit on these CE28s
the dunlops are smaller compared to other same size tires, don't know why

my question is
1. these tires are a bit too small in circumferences? hope i don't need to get new tires

2. if i had to get new tires, what size recommended on these wheels? planning to drop the car sometime soon, will this set up rub the tires?
