Suggestions for local Shops in the Seattle Area

I'd like to get some new springs installed to lower the car a bit and wanted to see if anyone had recommendations for a shop in the seattle area. I'd consider tackle this project myself but given that I live in city in an apartment building I don't really have any place to work on it.

Stage Performance Tuning in Kirkland.

They charged me a little under 2 hours of labor and $60 for alignment. Think I paid $180 total for spring install and alignment. All other places I called quoted me 4+ hours for labor.

LOL...I think that's what I was originally quoted but the install was easier than they thought so they ending up charging me less. But still the pricing is not bad considering I called almost every shop in Seattle and they all quoted me for 4+ hours of labor.

My friend just got his IS350 springs installed by them. They charged him $500 flat for Tein S. springs, installation, and alignment. Let me know if you find any other place cheaper because I'm planning to get some body work done and they gave me the lowest quote by far.

Anybody been to 8-Velocity Motorsports in Lynnwood?

I'd like to get an UpRev tune done after CAI and TP's installed. Haven't done much research, but they are the closest shop to me.
