S-Tech vs. H&R...Who is lower, and what is the actual drop?

I can't seem to find a definite answer on this question. Some posts say that the H&R's are lower, and others say the S-techs are lower. Sharif at Forged had a post that say the S-techs were lower, but I see many other posts with guys saying the H&R's are lower. Also, websites are quoting different drops for the S-tech because they were originally designed for the G35/350z, and the drop will be different depending on which care they are installed on. So, my questions are:

Which springs will be lower on a G37S coupe?

What is the actual drop, front and rear, for each setup?

Maybe some of you guys have some input and can maybe post some pictures. I really like the "slammed" look, but I had coilovers on my old 350Z and had it slammed, and it was a pain in the *** to drive around without scraping. There were never a set of springs that gave a decent drop for the Z, which is why I went with coils. If I can pull off the slammed look (not too low, though) without going overboard using only springs/camber kits, that would be awesome. My plan is to get some 20" Volk GT-C's with a conservative offset, and I don't want any wheel gap.

H&R's are lower, FOR SURE. I have the S-techs and the front sits 2 fingers higher than the rear. The rear has no gap. If you want that slammed look get H&R or do it right the first time and get coilovers. Mine are going on next week.

I won't be tracking the car, just some spirited driving here and there so I don't think I need the coilovers. I had coilovers on my last car purely for the fact that I could slam the car. I never used them for what they were designed for, the track. I had just springs before the coils and was happy with the ride quality/handling, it just wasn't low enough. If I can get low with springs, thats what I want to do....I can use the extra money for a front and rear camber kit.

You can fit 2 fingers in between your tire and fender on S-Techs????? I'm on H-Techs and I can barely fit one.

I have S-techs and I love it.
I seems to me that it is good compromise of slammed look and won't scrap as much as H&Rs.
If you go see Vossen Wheels Website, in gallary -> Infiniti, ALL! Black G37s are S-techs with different type of lips (stillen or TS Lip or no lip)
That's what I am doing, S-tech with Stillen Lip.
