Just Installed Stillen Sways - NICE!

Ordered off the Stillen site for $285, ~$300 delivered. Had them installed for $95 at Vivid Racing in Gilbert, AZ.

Car definitely handles the turns better. No more swaying or rolling, no matter how hard I crank the steering wheel! Another bonus, the steering seems to be a bit stiffer. I'm of the opinion our cars have too much "assist" in the power steering. It takes a little more effort to work the steering wheel now which is how I think a sports car should be. Anyway, if you're thinking of getting a set I highly recommend. Also running Eibach pro-kit.

What Model G do you have? No sig...so can't see...

Asking b/c Stillen says they have no 08-10 G37 Swaybars...they only sell Hotchkis.

I just had a set of hotchkis installed last Friday - there definitely is a different feel. I like the stiffness in the steering wheel, agreed more sporty. There's a little bit bumpier ride in the back seat, but I like the way it handles. Still trying to get used to the tail kicking out around tight curves at higher speed though.

Did you also upgrade the bushings? If not you should invest $35 in some Energy Suspension poly bushings front/rear instead of your stock rubber ones Stillen uses.

I have the Stillen/ES setup and I love it

After market sway bushings are not necessary upgrades. They make noises and worn out rather quick.

after sways you should invest on stickier rubber...you have to remember that now there is minimal roll or play on the suspension. being able to stay flat does not mean grip as you'll tend to slide at higher speeds...or even snap oversteer (unintentionally) as i'm sure the rears are now much stiffer than the front. i hear the NT05s are great...definatley getting those down the road.

You're basing this on what experience?

Not necessary but a "nice to have" and only $35 for a full set. Mine haven't made a peep in 6 months so....
