I think thats 360 Forged not I Forged...But I called today and they said Steve went to go pic my wheel up..This might all be over come Monday I hope.

 

Oh my bad I thought all the wheels with XXXforged were the same company. Ironic that they all have sucky customer service then.

 

So wheel come's back to I forged today and he tells me there is a weld on the front of the wheel (unexceptable) I'm going in on Monday to see what there going to do about it...

 

I've resisted posting in this thread, but if you think these issues are new to iForged, think again. I had a set of their wheels back in 03-04. They took a lot longer than promised to get (6 weeks-->3+ months), and then the clear-coat started peeling off 3 of the wheels within months (this was a so-called known issue at the time). I sent them back and it took another 3-4 months to get them back. There were many many many un-returned phones calls, emails, and a whole lot of excuses from Vince. When I finally got the wheels back, I promptly sold them without putting them back on my car....

I have to say I would not do custom forged wheels unless the company had a spotless reputation for a long time (HRE, DPE come to mind). I am shocked people would do business iForged, 360/Modular/System Forged, or any of these other companies that randomly pop up and act like they have there stuff together. Yeah, maybe it works out from time to time, but why risk it. I am pretty happy with my Volk's and can't imagine subjecting myself to that again....

 

Whent to I Forged today they could not get my wheel looking a 100% so they are making me a new one. So for know my old wheel is back on my car..
