I have run the megan coilovers on my s12 , s13 , and s14 . I have never had a problem with them and plan on getting a set for my new g37.

I do a lot of work with a few coilover manufacturers. With that said, yes, most coilovers that are commonly heard of are in fact all coming from only 2 or 3 different manufacturing plants that are private labeling them for the companies mentioned here. So sometimes it is rediculous to hear for example; "I like the $%^& brand coilovers, but #%^@ ones suck" .... hahaha LOL Espscially when for all you know (and very likely) the two different coilovers are coming from the exact same manufacturer. I see statements like this all the time on the forums. LOL

To answer your question.... the Megan Racing coilovers are just fine and are a nice alternative especially considering the price.

So, i'm bringing this thread back. Any issues from owners with Megan Racing Coils? I'm being told they will work for the vert, but a spring rate adjustment for the rear would be needed.

I've had mine for about a year/20k and ive had no issue what so ever. Had good fitment and they ride just as well as any previous brand coilovers I've had on past cars.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm awaiting some compatibility confirmation from Megan. I may look into this in the future.

so how's the ride quality with the Megan coilovers? I'm just looking for a maximum of 1.5in drop. I would like the ride quality to be near stock as possible.

Mostly all coilovers are made in taiwan nowadays... it's just the matter of quality control. Some manufacture skips that crap thus why you have bad products.
