very slightly, but still above the exhaust system.

BTW, we have a chance to look under new 370Z, looks like NISSAN felt that the rear needed more reinforcement and have added a rear subframe brace for the 370Z.

The mounting points for the rear subframe tie brace on the 370Z are almost identical to the mounting points of our 6 points rear subframe for the G37.

At least we can confirm now that a rear subframe brace in deed will help since Nissan are doing it

we went through 3 revision. Stillen and FI exhaust system piping run slightly to the right of the car. The bend that we make for the brace follows only the OEM exhaust piping which is about 2" to the left.

There is still a chance that other exhaust system which follow the OEM exhaust piping route will be able to fit the M brace, but we can't confirm it till we test more exhaust system.

There are absolute no extra room for us to make the bend bigger ...

Mark.

mark forgot to add...alot of us are having problems with HFC and aftermarket exhausts...where the oem cross brace is it hits the exhaust ever so slightly bc it hangs a lil lower...if this cross brace is jsut that lil bit low enuff this could be a GREAT thing for all of us!!!!

One more questions

Mark,

So can you tell us when the new stuff will be generally available?

Also, I appreciate the information regarding the issue with M-Brace and after-market exhausts. So in looking at the pictures you posted, it appears any axle-back exhaust would be good.

One last question. It appears that the 6-point brace comes in 3 pieces? I want to know if the largest piece would fit in a 3' x 3' x 3' cube which is the size of my powercoater's oven?

okay, i understand the purpose of all these braces except the fender brace. What is that for really? I got the front and rear but I don't do any track...do these other braces really add anything more?

No, it's painted with our custom color. It's actually a mixture of blue and grey combined. Color changes at different angle. We do have to bake the braces after painting because of the color effect / properties.

We also apply triple layers of paint for the best result.

It's hard to measure what each brace will do in performance wise. Most of these brace were designed based on our past experiences with other vehicles and also our engineer's past experiences.

One of our engineer that we hired over sea has 10+ years in racing and R&D with top race team in Japan.

The fender brace and trunk cage were braces that was used in his team.
