Great place for Tanabe NF210 Springs: Vendor Review and Feedback
I have been buying car parts for over 8 years on ebay, but I decided to try using one of the vendors on this site for my springs. 3 days of poor communication and a lack of knowledge (not to mention trying to sell me what I did not ask for) brought me to the brink. I know some will say I am not very patient, but when I call a shop about parts I do expect a certain level of expertise. At the very least I should be able to get a price; not the case. I went back to ebay and found the springs much cheaper and from a very good seller. Springs arrived across country in 3 days and look great. If anyone wants a recommendation here is the info:

I actually spoke to 3 different places but I would rather not say which ones. I'm sure the people are nice and I suppose they have helped some people on this site, but I am used to a little higher level of service and knowledge. I used to sell cars and it a must to deliver excellent service every time, and I have my own company now and I, and if I told someone I would call them back and did not for a couple days and then could not give them a price quote on a single item in less than 2 hours, I would not be in business very long.
Since you must know... Amplified Motorsports told me that the price was $320installed and the price was $290 for just the springs plus $40 shipping. When I questioned this seemingly odd price difference ($330 shipped and $320 installed) I was met with a bunch Uh Um Uh I think like... Um Uh, I'm not sure. Keep in mind that this was after about 5 minutes of them looking to see if they even carry the item. The best part is that they are listed on the front page of their website for about $50 less than what the guy told me on the phone. I already had the price; I just wanted to know the total with shipping. Didn't think this would be that hard. If you do not know what you sell and anything about the items on your website or if you have no clue how to handle dealing with customers - DO NOT Pick Up The Phone!
