Stillen Sway bar question?

Which hole will make the sway bar stiffer? The one circled in blue or the one circled in yellow. I thought I knew but I've heard other people tell me different. Just making sure, because I want my car as stiff as possible.

weird thing is I liked the handle better with them set on the outside, it felt like I felt less bumps when I switched it to the inside. It was wet last night so maybe thats why my back end slide out as I pulled onto the road, I guess it just takes getting used to.

^I just want the best handle, so which ever hole give me that, i'll go with that. with the sways in the inside hole it feels like the back wheels are tied together more than the outside hole
