red brake pads!

i really love teh look that brembo has with its racecar red brake caliper housing...i was wondering is there a way i can get red brake caliper on my g37 w/o having to buy an entire brembo brake system... can i just buy the brembo red caliper and put them on???... would it fit my stock brake system?..... or are there any other break calipers that wuld fi my car that are red, or can i paint them somehow without substituting performance?

Don't know wat to say to that, but don't they use brembos on exotic cars, like the lambo?
