Need input on wheels and suspension

Guy's I have a mega list of wheels to choose from. I need your input whether 19's or 20's are better from the performance aspect. Since I'm going to get wheels I want to increase the contact patch signifantly. I plan on dropping the front about an inch and the rear about .8" I don't want the wheels to extend out past the wheel wells or have up and down travel issues. Also, I'm trying to decide between coilovers or springs. I'm leaning toward BC coilovers but I'm not familar with the quality of their products. I see you guy's as the experts so please share your knowledge with me. As far as springs I like the Eibach's, your thoughts? I'm not overly big on hole shots but like to rip on the back roads down here.

I like BCs... My expert installer was impressed with the quality compared to Tein coilovers... so if that tells you anything...

19s are better for performance hands down. more expensive in the long run though.
20s look dang good

^^Exactly. 19's will perform better 20's just look dope though. Coils are really good because they are ride and height adjustable and for the money you can not beat the BC's. The eibach springs give a great drop for a good proce BUT they are not out yet and the date has been pushed back several times. So I guess it depends what you want, how much you want to spend, and how soon you would like to do it.

Thanks for the input I'm going to order the BC's today. My reseach on the forum led me to the same conclusion I just needed confirmation. Please explain why 19's are more expensive in the long run. I never thought about that. I agree about the 20's looking dope. I've pretty well narrowed my wheel choices down to Volks but not sure yet. I think they offer the most bang for the buck. I drive hard for an old dude. Any thoughts on wheels will be welcome. I have plenty of time to decide on wheels.>

I lied

I lied about the wheels! Ordered the remaining gold gt30's wrapped in pilots this morning. you guys are moving me out of the stone age. I drive a platanim graphite S 6mt. don't know if it's cool to say this here but I'm very impressed with Sharif. Already know everyones not going to agree with the gold on my ride but I'm stoked.
