Brakes squeal when car is reversing

Does anyone have this problem?...When the car is reversing and the brakes are pressed lightly, there is a loud squealing sound.

I hate that damn brake squeal. It pretty embarrasing when i'm somewhere and i notice people looking at the car and i pull out and there's that loud squeal. It makes even worse since i still don't have plates on my car yet.

wait does everybody have this problem because I don't have that problem. My friend once did a break job on his own car and forgot to put the brake shims on and it squealed only in reverse.

I just thought is cuase I abused mine a couple of weekends in a row, but i always thought it was wierd that they only squealed in reverse. I was thinking that they weren't gonna hold up to too much abuse, but i'm glad to know other's are having this problem since i'm gonna be going up to big willow next month.
