if i get the springs will they ruin my shocks?

It will ruin your shocks if you keep them on for YEARS with STOCK shocks....for the short term no.....

some would argue that you should replace your shocks with aftermarket ones eventually to prevent any problems down the line....some would say around the 3rd year you will start seeing effects from the springs on stock shocks...as for me I had the H&R's and I love them, but they are just temp until coil overs come out...just wait for coil overs man lol

it all depends on the drop and amount of travel the stock shocks will allow. asublte drop may not produce any negative effects while a bigger drop will have you hitting the bump stops and wearing your shocks out...does anyone know the amount of travel the stock shocks can take?

no idea they are not out yet for the g37, from past experience with coil overs on my bmw it could range from 1000-2000 it all depends...probably going to be high due to such high demand for this product
