so oyu guys are not putting new sensors in the new wheels? So you just pull the fuse? Why not just put sensors in and have the dealer reset them to take the idiot light away? They do it for free. Or they did for me. The sensors are not that expensive. Or am I talking about the wrong thing here.

$15-$20 each. But the wheel shop cannot reset the cars computer to sense them. The dealer has too. My dealer is cool and will do it for free each time i change from my winter to summer wheels and vice versa. it takes like 5 mins for them to do it.

The wheel and tire place I went to just put them in. It is illeagal for tire shops in alberta to not replace them if the car is equiped. I am overseas working right now so I cannot look at my invoice and tell you a type. I do believe that they are listed on Tirerack.com. I am not 100% sure about that though.

Can someoneelse confirm this for him?

But any good tire shop will be able to get them for you with no issue.

I'm not quite sure how these products integrate, but they may be of some use for certain after market wheels, some of the members at clublexus are using them...
