grinding new brakes?

Anyone experiencing a grinding sensation in your foot/leg as you break. Almost like pads are thin and rotor needs resurfacing, only have 2200 miles on it and techs don't have a clue. No sound, just a feeling like something ain't right, small pulsing also.??

They could be warped, have you done a lot of high speed braking?

brakes

No high or hard braking. I'm pretty conservative. Brakes look okay when you take wheels off.??

Did they check how the pads line up with the rotor when you press on the brake?

I kind of get that "feel" as well so I would be interested in reading other comments. I asked the service tech at the dealer about it and he explained something about the bigger brakes on the sport model that went way over my head. I haven't really had to do any hard braking at all...

grinding

That's been my experience as well, a sort of grinding feeling. They told me it was because of hard pads and the run flats...not much room or air in them to coushion the road feel. Don't know if I buy that though. Rotors look okay, so must be so. Have 3500 miles on my G
