Will my wheels fit?
Just this week I traded a 2005 Subaru STI in on my new G37. I still have a set of winter tires (blizzaks) mounted on wheels that fit the STI.
Does anyone know if the wheels will fit the G?
Offset: +45mm
Bolt Pattern: 5-114
Rec. Tire Size: 225/45-17
I guess I could just try them. Could I cause any damage to the drive train by running smaller wheels?
I would only put them on for snow driving which only happens 3-4 times a year here.

As long as the bolt pattern matches and as long as you don't have the Sports package (bigger brakes), they should be fine... might need a 5 or 10mm spacer but thats only $50. But again main thing is sports package, if you do have that then smallest you can go is 18.

Careful on wheels for sport package!
REALLY watch out if you have the sport package. The offset to clear the calipers on the front wheels is way more than average. I finally found a pair of SSR wheels that fit, but it took a while.
