Actually I'm sure thats a mistake on the page(a typo)
the offset should be 35mm front/38mm rear

I can't download those ADR rims because the site has them copyrighted
but they are ADR Propulsion with a 19x8.5 front/ 19x9.5 rear
with offset +20mm front/ +25mm rear in Hyper black

Those are Sevas S-7's (IIRC) 20". I don't know the offsets / widths, though.
