AWD coilovers

Hello everyone , g37x here. 2014 q60 awd really but same thing. Anyway, i see BCracing coils have a swift spring upgrade. I’m currently already running swift springs from Z1motorsports. Additionally, I’ve heard bad things about lowering AWD more than an inch. So my two questions are will i have any problems if i decide to go lower? and are the swift springs i already have good to throw on? or is it a different spring?

Running the same car, (14 Q60 AWD - etc.) on BC's since 2019 with BC springs, lowered 1 1/2 inches, maybe 10,000 miles, perhaps a little less. No problems so far. I have read that the changes to the geometry of the front and rear CV joints causes them to wear out sooner than they would otherwise. I drive so little that i dont think i would be good test case.

As for using the springs you have, that would be a question to ask the techs at BCracing.
