Lol so flippen cheap!
I wish you were local so I could ask to take a ride in your car.
The Swifts I just recently sold just weren't the springs for me. I'm old..and soft.

I love how they ride. I feel bumps and dips in the road more, but I like it because the stock sport springs weren't stiff enough for my tastes. You should go for it! If you don't like them, you can always resell pretty easily!

Right on! Glad you like them
For me...the stock Sport springs are as stiff as I want the ride.
The car looks a little stupid at the stock height with the stock wheels (IMO). But...hey...it rides how I want.
So Idk if these are the right choice for me. I might try the black Nismo springs or just standard 370Z front springs later.

The black nismos or the normal 370z springs are gonna be softer and may drop the car more since our cars are heavier, but I'm not sure because the red nismo supposedly drops it like 0.4"~ over the normal 370z springs. So maybe it would be about the same ride height on our G's.

I tried an experiment to find out the Sedan's OEM rates (the ones you have listed are for a coupe)...but I would need a spring with a known linear rate to figure it out. Unfortunately, Swifts have dead coils....so its not possible to do the experiment with those.
Maybe I'll enlist the help of someone with coilovers.
The procedure requires one to either be skinny or have access to an alignment rack.

Are you sure it's for a coupe?
This is what the guy said "T&L, are the OE spring rates you list initially of 8.5F, 8.2R Kg for the G37 coupe or the G37 coupe "S" model? What model year?
I measured my 2010 G37 S sedan springs at 8.4F, 7.8R
Thanks, Thomas"

I'll report back when I get a chance to put them on. I will be running an additional isolator in the back to raise it up a little.

So my buddies installed OEM base 370z springs and shock combo on their's and I believe I'm sold on it.
Maybe a spacer for the rear springs for my taste. Ride quality is well STOCK which is great being that it's now lowered.

Looks pretty good!! If you plan to use the same spacers as I did, just note that they don't raise it up as much as I expected them to after everything settled. It takes a few days of driving on them to settle down fully.
I think the smaller spacer that I used on the driver's side raised it up by maybe 1/8 - 3/16" and the spacer on the passenger side raised it 3/16 - 1/4". Keep in mind if you use that orange spacer, you'll have to trim the spacer and isolator a bit to get it to fit inside the isolator. But it turned out great nonetheless. I was just hoping for another 1/4" or so. Both sides are even now at least. I know some people have complained that one side sits lower than the other sometimes.
