Rattle noise when going over rough/bumpy roads
Hello,
Ever since replacing brake pads on my 2011 g37x sedan by my local mechanic, I started noticing rattle noise when going over rough, bumpy roads at low speeds.
Sounds like something loose is rattling coming from the wheels on driver side.
The rattle seems to disappear when I apply the brakes or when the speeds are higher.
I went back to the mechanic, he couldn't find the source of the problem, and said it's probably the suspension. However, since the noises started exactly the same day the pads were replaced, I have my doubts. Also, suspension appeared ok based on his inspection.
I read somewhere in the forums that infiniti OEM pads have special "clips" that some aftermarket pads don't have, could that be the issue?
Thanks
