Lowering springs for 2011 rwd?

So I ordered some H&R sport springs, I recently found this forum and noticed no one talking about those, they mention swift and some other ones so I'm getting a little worried. Are they good? Also I don't want it slammed as I live in Chicago so it's full of potholes -noob btw

H&R seem to drop a lot past the advertised number on this car. I have them on my s2000 and love them but most say they are really low here. I went with swift due to the reasons you posted and couldn't be happier.

I see, so is there anything I need to do to the car after installing the springs? (Alignment, adjusting etc...) I saw someone saying something about loosening some bolts and retightning them to the new height so their not under too much stress?
