Coilover Adjustment Help

I have a g37 coupe and i recently got tein flex z coilovers. Im having trouble setting my preload in the rear and i was wondering if i can use this BC coilover tutorial to adjust my tein coilovers.

Typical preload is 1/8th of an inch, just enough pressure on the spring to prevent rattling.
