If OP messes with the three "good" calipers, he's gonna destroy what threads remain and will be forced to buy new calipers. I get the impression he is trying to delay that inevitibilty. Teflon is a lubricant, not a sealing material.

I got the new caliper in and no leaks on any. I bled just the new caliper line and the pedal feels good. I took it out and did a bunch of hard stops and there are no leaks from any of the bleeders. I think I’m good.

Wow..... Just did this exact same thing on my set from Z1, thought it was 70ft lbs and ended up stripping most of the bolts and having leaks from the bleeder screws. Got 8 new bleeder screws on the way and just hoping I didn't strip the threads on the calipers or this would be one costly mistake.. @All G'd Up How has everything held up so far? How many new calipers were needed as well?

Once the new ones are in tomorrow gonna give them a good look and a very thorough test with the new bleeders to check for leaks. If so then 4 new red calibers will have to be ordered once again, does anyone know where to get them besides Z1? I recently just purchased the whole kit from them for about $1800 so if i need 4 new calibers thats another $1200 shoulda just went with some real bbk's at this point lol
