I’m wondering why is my car making a Loud squealing noise when the brakes are wet or cold I always get a squeal I went thru many brake pads and rotors but still there ? It’s mostly coming from the rear?

Welcome to the world of multi-piston calipers. Cold squeal is typical for these types of calipers. Just think #racecar!
