Depends how low the drop settles out, typically drops 1.25" or less can get reasonable tire wear as long as the rear toe spec is met. If the springs drop lower than that, a rear camber/toe kit is usually needed, and drops over 1.75" will probably need a front kit to get decent wear up there. Give the springs about a week to settle, but drive it carefully as your "new" alignment may cause unpredictable handling.
