Help with SPC front A arms alignment

Alright so I have the SPC 72130 front upper control arms and I'm having trouble aligning them. The instructions say turn the locking plate to desired caster degree to get in spec and I did. After tightening up everything I loosened up, camber was the other adjustable thing. So I gave it a little camber to just get a reading to see where I'm at as I'm not too worried about getting that right yet. I lowered the car off the jacks on the Hunter alignment machine and pulled the car down to help it settle a little before beginning the alignment process again. As I got a reading of the caster, it says I was off a couple degrees AGAIN. I did this 5 times in two day and decided to just get help from forums as I was getting frustrated with a bad measurement. I'm just wondering, have some of you experienced this problem? If so what am I doing wrong? I got some help from my instructor at school but they don't mess too much with the aftermarket camber kits and some advice from friends but it just isn't helping. Btw, I'm still learning suspension and have done about 6-8 alignments on stock cars already that turned out great. this was the most challenging on my own car 😩

Nothing wrong with that caster, at least on the spec readout. Or are you saying it moved 2 degrees from that 4.83? I'm running in the mid 5s and I actually prefer excess caster, tracks real straight w/ no chance of wander.
