So I have a Fast Intentions 18 inch resonated catback and I have front and rear Hotchkis sway bars. I'm having issues with the left side of the exhaust rubbing on the rear sway bar. There's more than enough clearance on the right side, but the bending of the exhaust appears different on the left side which explains why it's touching. Anyone else run into this problem? I've tried readjusting it to a point where I got it not touch but it's only by a hair and it just ends up rubbing again. I actually FAILED safety inspection due to this (which is bogus if you ask me). I know the catback clears the OEM sway but maybe not Hotchkis? Any ideas on what can be done?

I have the same exhaust with 18 inch resonators. I use eibach sway bars. Design of both bars are similar. There should not be any issue.
Did you buy the exhaust used? Is it fitting onto the exhaust hangars properly? Can you take some pictures of the underside of the car showing both left and right side exhausts?
