First time buying coilovers

I have a daily 12 g37 sedan RWD and it's time to lower it. Any suggestions on comfort and good quality.?? I'm trying to stay under 1k

Probably the best bang for your buck would be the Tein Basis Z coilovers, the dampers aren't adjustable but are set up for a ride that is more toward the comfort side with spring rates that are closer to OEM spring rates. These are very budget friendly at about $500 shipped. If you want adjustable dampers the Tein Flex Z can be had for about $800.

^ idk if spending $1.5k for kw1 or $3k for kw3 can be considered spending a little more lol

Unless you get it used. I've seen $1.5k for slightly used v3 which is a heck of a deal. KW is a quality brand so I wouldn't worry too much about getting it used.

Flex Z all the way at that price point. Don't leave out the cost of an alignment and most likely aftermarket front upper arms and rear camber arms to get said alignment in spec.
