Just need SPC rear when lowering?
When it comes to lowering, if I'm doing a moderate drop, the rear camber kit is needed far more than the front, right? I think I've read this before and I tried to research for it but I got saturated results. Once I correct the camber issue I'm dealing with, I'd like to throw on some coils.
Depends how low you go, some coilovers even at their highest setting drop pretty low. If you keep it at about 1.5" or less you "should" be able to get by with the rear camber/toe kit, your results may vary though, and also depends how competent your alignment tech is. Tein Basis Z and Flex Z are a mild drop coilover so that would be an option for what you're wanting.

And if 1.5" is what I decide to do, then if on a budget, would it be wise to just start with the rear kit and then if needed, get the front?
I know you are thinking coil overs.. but I did get some tein h techs which are supposed to be the mildest of the mildest. I used the front and rear kits.
Most places will provide a package deal if you ask, I was given one.
Spend more now and save more later if you can.
The other reason I went with both, is that I just purchased a new set of tires that I didn't want to replace sooner than later

Don't get toe bolts, I was -2.5 in the rear and the bolts weren't enough to fix the alignment completely. Wasted $200 on install when I shoulda just got the whole kit not just the bolts.
Also I hear the toe bolts shift around a lot and don't stay in place. (Read it on this forum somewhere) but I have yet to go in and check my alignment again to see if that's true.

OP I was dropped on tein S techs which is there lowest spring and just had SPC kit in the rear was fine.
Just rears will be fine. I don't know how much I am dropped but I am basically slammed on coils, and I have -2.0 degrees of camber in the rear with perfect toe with SPC rear camber arms and toe bolts. Front has OEM camber arms and sitting at -2.1 degrees and perfect toe. As long as your toe is in spec you won't notice much camber wear.
