Hi everyone,

I bought a 2011 g37x coupe a few months, living in Toronto, Canada. We get some pretty bad winters (although this year's been great so far..). One of the reasons I went with the G37 was for the AWD capabilities. However, I haven't really had a chance to test it out...but recently I noticed that if I take a turn aggressively, or accelerate hard from a red or out of a turn, the AWD light flickers briefly then turns off again. Looking at the owner's manual it seems that the AWD light shouldn't come on unless there's an issue with the AWD system.

My concern is that the AWD light flickers because the AWD system is SUPPOSED to kick in during those aggressive maneuvers but doesn't. Until we get a snowfall I won't be able to really test it but last thing I want is to really need the AWD and find out that it's malfunctioning.

Have any of you experienced anything like this or have any advice?

My tire setup is 225/50/18 continental DWS tires all around.
